Four Ways to Enjoy Paws in the Park 2019

On Saturday, February 9, pet lovers from all over Central Florida will gather at beautiful Lake Eola to support Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando’s mission at Paws in the Park. Here are our top four ways to join the celebration:

Join the Walk

Grab your closest pupper, doggo, or doge and meet us for a light walk around Lake Eola at 10:00 a.m. Don’t forget to register and fundraise — you could receive an exclusive t-shirt and bandana!

American Sporting Dogs Dock Diving

Ever wondered if your dog is a swimmer? Or, do you know your dog IS a swimmer? Your dog will have the opportunity to try their jumping skills as they launch into a 40 foot pool of water off the custom made dock! Hosted by American Sporting Dogs. ($20)

Canine Agility

Up the ramp, down the ramp, around the cones and through the tunnel! Try out your dogs physical prowess around this super sized agility course. Your dog will be lead by Pet Alliance trainers so never fear, they’re in great hands! ($10)

 

Lure Course 

Your pup will have the opportunity to burn off some extra calories at the Lure Course. They’ll run with all their might to catch the mechanical lure! ($10)

Loews Loves Pets Chill Zone

Who’s up for a puppy nap? Take tired pooches to the Loews Loves Pets Chill Zone for a mid-afternoon breather.

Reed Nissan Rest Stop

Feeling thirsty? Drop by the Reed Nissan Rest Stop for all your hydration needs — dog bowls included!

The Rocky’s Retreat Fun Zone

Doggie Tattoos, bobbing for tennis balls, photo booths, craft activities for kids and more! Visit the Rocky’s Retreat Fun Zone (near the beer garden) to have tons of fun and educational opportunities!

  • 12:00 pm- Benefits of Raw Feeding
  • 12:30 pm- How to take great pics of your pup
  • 1:00 pm- Dental care for your dog
  • 1:30 pm- Hydrotherapy for your dog
  • 2:00 pm- How to live in a house with cats and dogs
  • 2:30 pm- How to properly approach a dog to pet it
  • 3:00 pm- CBD oil for your dog-
  • 3:30 pm- Emergency preparedness for your dog
