Here is your first look at our new Orlando shelter!

This brand new 25,000 square foot space will allow for:
  • Double the medical space to care for ill or injured animals – including the largest shelter medical unit in Florida
  • Disease specific quarantine space for dogs and cats to  reduce the potential for disease transmission.
  • Modern shelter space with air conditioning for dogs and cats
  • Flexible space for Pet Alliance to evolve and grow in the future

Construction began in November 2024 with an expected completion date of early 2026.

January 2025

Land clearing was completed and the footprint of the campus became visible from John Young Parkway.

February 2025

Plumbing was installed on the property, paving the way for future clean kennels and fresh bowls of water!

January 2025

Foundational dirt was brought in and used to level the
construction site.

March 2025

Concrete foundation was poured for the building, outlining the location of shelter locations like our medical space and play yards.
